The third round of the Bagger Racing League Europe took place at the Portuguese track of Estoril, concurrent with the Spanish Superbike Championship. It was a weekend of pure speed for La Spezia native Kevin Manfredi, fresh from his podium at the CIV Superbike race in Imola, once again demonstrating his ability to adapt and perform on any bike.
During Friday's practice, Kevin immediately moved into second place, before taking fourth place in qualifying on Saturday.
Kevin: "We were fast but a bit unlucky at Estoril. After the two podiums in Croatia, we aimed to improve further, and we succeeded, closing the gap and consistently placing our bike as the best Harley on the grid. Unfortunately, in race 1, while I was fighting for the podium, an oil filter issue forced me to retire. The Lords Performance team worked all night to get me back on track for race 2, and after a good start that put me in second place, another gearbox issue forced me to retire again, because we were competitive and could have fought for the top positions.
But that's racing: everything is new, and we need to gain experience."
Despite the difficulties, Kevin Manfredi concluded the weekend by advancing the development of the project with Lords Performance, which is now preparing for the grand finale scheduled for Jerez next November.
Kevin thanks all the sponsors and technical partners for the 2025 season.
