KEVIN MANFREDI AND PENTA MOTORSPORT TOGETHER ALSO IN 2025

The 2025 CIV Superbike is upon us, bringing with it many new features and an even more competitive starting grid than last season. Among the protagonists there will still be Kevin Manfredi, who for the fourth consecutive year will defend the colors of Team Penta Motorsport, but with an important innovation: a new project and a new brand.

After a particularly challenging 2024, many collaborations between riders and teams were interrupted to seek new stimuli. This was not the case for Kevin Manfredi and Team Penta Motorsport, who chose to continue together, sharing goals and ambitions. The Spezzino rider, born in 1995, has already formalized his commitment with Honda in the World Endurance Championship together with Team RAC41, reigning world vice champion. Now, this choice also extends to the Italian Speed Championship.

The news also concerns Team Penta Motorsport, which, with the desire to continue with Manfredi, has decided to abandon the Suzuki project to move to Honda. The Team will benefit from a close collaboration with Midori Moriwaki and Petronas MIE Racing, a structure involved in the Superbike World Championship and a partner of HRC for years.

Kevin: "A fascinating and stimulating challenge, I am really happy to continue my collaboration with Penta Motorsport. Over these years we have built an excellent relationship on and off the track, and despite a complicated 2024 season, we have chosen to remain united to face this new challenge together.

We know it won't be easy: the category will grow a lot in terms of level and competitiveness, and for us it will almost be a new beginning.

I say 'almost' because we will have the support of MIE Racing, but at the same time we will have to adapt to a new bike. I have already had the opportunity to use the Honda in the World Endurance Championship and I believe it has great potential. Furthermore, being able to count on a brand like Honda gives us great confidence.

The enthusiasm with which we are tackling this project is enormous, and I can't wait to get back on track with my Honda, always with my faithful 34 on the fairing."

In the meantime, Kevin Manfredi and Team Penta Motorsport are already working on the new bike and are planning the first pre-season winter tests, again with the direct support of the Andreani Group.

Kevin thanks all the sponsors and technical partners of the 2025 season.
